- Fire damage restoration
- Complete home and property restoration
- Remodeling and renovation services
- Flooring installation and restoration

3. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency response team will make every effort to respond quickly to minimize property damage. Emergency response times may vary based on weather conditions, location, and availability. Emergency services will be provided at prevailing emergency rates.
4. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pricing may be subject to change based on:
- Unforeseen conditions discovered during work
- Changes in project scope requested by client
- Material cost fluctuations
- Additional damage discovered during restoration
Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding with additional work.
5. Insurance Claims
We work directly with insurance companies to streamline the claims process. However, the policyholder remains responsible for their deductible and any costs not covered by insurance. Final payment responsibility lies with the property owner regardless of insurance coverage.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Emergency mitigation services: Payment due within 30 days
- Restoration projects: Progress payments as outlined in contract
- Remodeling projects: Down payment required, balance per contract terms
- Interest may be charged on overdue accounts
7. Property Access
Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for assessment, work performance, and follow-up inspections. European Restoration will make reasonable efforts to coordinate scheduling and minimize disruption to occupants.
8. Material Selection and Approval
All materials and finishes must be approved by the client before installation. Changes to approved materials may result in additional costs and project delays. Our showroom is available for material selection and consultation by appointment.
9. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit requirements, and unforeseen conditions. We will communicate any significant delays and work to minimize project impact.
10. Warranties and Guarantees
European Restoration provides:
- 1-year warranty on workmanship for restoration services
- 2-year warranty on remodeling workmanship
- Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment
- Satisfaction guarantee on all services
Warranties do not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or subsequent water damage.
11. Limitation of Liability
European Restoration's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. In emergency situations, our primary goal is to prevent further property damage, and we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage not directly related to our services.
12. Permit and Code Compliance
European Restoration will obtain necessary permits and ensure work complies with local building codes. Permit costs are typically included in project estimates unless otherwise specified. Any work requiring specialized permits may incur additional costs.
13. Environmental and Safety Standards
We follow IICRC standards for water damage restoration and maintain certifications in industry best practices. All work is performed with appropriate safety measures and environmental considerations. We surpass industry standards in our restoration practices.
14. Cancellation Policy
Emergency mitigation services cannot be cancelled once initiated due to the time-sensitive nature of water damage. Restoration and remodeling projects may be cancelled with written notice, subject to costs incurred and work completed to date.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Washington State according to applicable laws.
16. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Current terms will be available on our website and apply to all new service agreements. Existing contracts will be governed by the terms in effect when the contract was signed.
